Norman Hackerman Biological Science Building
The University of Texas at Austin
Architects: CO Architects & STG Architects
Role: Construction Management and Inspections

The University had outgrown its existing Experimental Biological Science Building. To make way for the new building, the existing building was demolished and its classes relocated to surrounding buildings. The completed building received LEED Gold certification by USGBC.

My duties were to provide on-site construction management and inspection of all work, and act as eyes and ears of the owner (University of Texas System).

The initial construction was a partly occupied building and shell space. During my work with UT - Austin the building was fully built out and I was responsible for those phases as well.
