100 Park - Apartment Complex at Century Square (a public/private partnership)

Role: Construction Management and Inspections
Part of the sprawling Century Square project is 100 Park, a multi-family apartment complex with retail space on the ground floor adjacent to the main entry.
100 Park has 249 living units of 1 & 2 Bedrooms, an exercise center, swimming pool, and a parking garage.
My responsibilities were to provide building code inspections and daily on-site general inspections of work in progress to confirm compliance with the contract drawings and the developer agreement. I also provided observation reports noting conditions of non-compliance and acted as owner’s representative on the construction site. Additionally, I attended all pre-construction meetings and all regular on-site construction meetings, maintained project documentation, monitored construction schedule, reviewed project submittals and monitored material testing, air balance testing and systems testing. Assisted with resolving construction issues, facilitated pre-construction meetings, coordinated with appropriate campus facilities or operations, and monitored project closeout procedures.
