Option #2:

The second option of work being proposed was to remove all surrounding pavers, pergola and riser steps and the fountain underneath the Clock Tower, leaving the Clock Tower in place.


New limited landscaping and limited pavers would be installed around the plaza. No other work would be performed to the Clock Tower itself. All fountain plumbing and pumps would be replaced. A new irrigation system would be installed. New monument signs would be placed at both adjoining streets.
